Hamburger & Fries
Most of us live a fast-paced lifestyle. A typical day is a sprint from start to finish. Get the kids off to school, get to work on time, grab a quick lunch, hurry home to make dinner, or grab a quick dinner out. It is often very tempting to stop at a fast food restaurant and grab a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner. Most people have absolutely no idea how much fat there is in the fast food they eat. So, just for reference purposes, and hopefully to scare you out of the fast food habit, I am including this page to let you know how much fat is in that breakfast sandwich or that burger you ate for lunch. Many states have laws requiring restaurants to provide customers with written information on the nutritional breakdown of their foods. Don't hesitate to ask for one!

Arbys

If you absolutely have to eat fast food, Arbys is one of your better choices. They use lean meats in their sandwiches. The problem with Arby's is the sauces they put on their sandwiches and the oil they put on the bread for their "pan grill".
