Jeweled Backgkround with Blade Pro

- Save the above black and white graphic "jewel1_mask.gif" to your hard drive, then open in PSP.
- Increase colors to 16 million.
- Choose Masks|New|From Image (Source Luminance, Invert Mask Data checked).
- Choose Masks|Save to Alpha Channel.
- Choose Masks|Delete and don't choose to merge with layer.
- Flood fill with white.
- Add a new layer.
- Load your selection from the Alpha Channel (Selections|Load from Alpha Channel).
- Flood fill selection with white.
- Apply a Blade Pro Preset (I used a blue stone setting). Go for a light shiny look.
- Invert your selection (Selections|Invert). Flood fill with white.
- Apply another Blade Pro Preset (I used my gold_old setting). For this one go for a darker color since it will end up as the "outline".
- Invert your selection again. Choose Selections|Modify|Expand (I expanded by 3). Invert your selection again and hit delete.
- Since the center ended up white, I selected the center part, flood filled with white and applied the gold_old preset.
